102. Slippery Slope
There once was a man from a far away land,
Who conspired with his masters to see,
Just how quick we would fall to their subtle demands,
That our Union renounce Liberty.
So in secret they planned and they plotted,
To subvert what our Founders had made,
With their power they were quickly besotted,
And they laughed at how fast we obeyed.
And we slide and we glide down their slippery slope,
One by one, we renounce all our rights.
Too few are aware of the despots' fierce hope,
That we soon will be ruled by their might!
